Ink, a contract publisher based in West Hampstead, London, was set up by entrepreneurs Simon Leslie, 49, and Michael Keating, 47, in 1994 with just a handful of small clients, including British Mediterranean Airways. It currently employs 300 people and is valued at £60m.
